UVM Medical Center
The UVM Health Network is an integrated academic health system serving more than 1 million residents across Vermont and Northern New York. They are working to preserve access to care for their families, friends and communities while also innovating to change the way that care is delivered to focus on wellness as much as illness and to control costs.
UVM Health Network encompasses:
- A network of hospitals, including the University of Vermont Medical Center, which serves as a regional, academic healthcare center and teaching hospital in alliance with the University of Vermont.
- Speciality care facilities that offer a variety of services, such as cancer treatment, heart and vascular care, orthopedics, and much more.
- Home health and hospice services.
- A physicians group that spans across a wide array of specializations.
